Randy Fults, Senior Pastor

Our senior pastor has three passions in life: God, people and fishing. He loves to proclaim God’s word and does so in a unique manner. His priority is studying God’s word so he can equip and educate believers. He has loved to fish his entire life and spent much time on the lake during his childhood. God took that passion and also made him a fisher of men. He has been serving the Lord at Trout Creek for over twenty-five years. Throughout the years he has seen the Lord do some amazing things at the church. The church has constructed two new sanctuaries, an education building, family life center, and youth facility. During his tenure the Lord has used Trout Creek to establish a partnership with Sabine Boruga, a native missionary in Romania that is doing an amazing work. He also witnessed God raise Patrica from the congregation to be placed on the mission field. Randy holds a bachelors degree in Theology from Texas Baptist Institute and Seminary. He and his wife, Debra, have been married over thirty years and enjoy working in the ministry together. When our pastor isn’t behind the pulpit or studying the scripture you will find him spending time with family and friends, fishing or outside doing one of his favorite activities, mowing the lawn.

Josh Fults, Associate Pastor

Josh serves associate pastor and church counselor. He graduated from East Texas Baptist University in 2004 with a Bachelors of Psychology and completed a Masters of Psychology from The University of Texas at Tyler in 2008. Currently, he is working on an Masters in Apologetics from Luther Rice University. He strongly believes to minister effectively one must examine how the spiritual, physical and psychological components intersect in people’s lives. Josh is passionate about sharing God’s word with people in a practical manner that can be applied to daily life. He also has an intense desire to help people defend their faith through apologetics as I Peter 3:15 admonishes us to do, firmly believing that the mind plays a large part in one’s faith. He was married to the love of his life, Devon, in 2008. They had their first child, Hayden, in November of 2010. Outside of church Josh enjoys reading anything he can get his hands on, being outside and spending time with family and friends. He also enjoys writing. Joseph Wiley, Youth Pastor

Joseph serves as Youth Pastor and most often would prefer to be called “Joe” or “Brother Joe”. He enjoys fellowship with God’s people and believes in team work and co-laboring among believers because everyone is of the same body and our purpose is united (John 6:53). Joe feels Christ is King and the authority over our youth ministry. He believes that nothing is greater than the calling we have received to follow Christ (Matthew 16:24-25). He holds a B.A. in general studies from Lamar University and is currently working on a Masters degree  in Christian leadership from Luther Rice University. Joe is married to a wonderful woman of God, Meredith, who enjoys sharing her faith and life with students and being a part of the church body. They are excitedly expecting their first child in February of next year. Joe feels God has blessed him with the opportunity to be the Youth Pastor at Trout Creek and is excited to run the race and fight the good fight among fellow believers.
